How to Change the email vbulletin uses to send and receive

I recently changed my email and have gone into contact settings in admincp and changed to the new email address and also edited config.php on server but it still sends welcome emails from the old email address and also send new thread alerts to the old one also...am I forgetting to change something else???

 

U need to change Webmaster's email address in AdminCP ---> Site URL / Contact details.

 

go to admin---include folder---config.php----find "'technicalemail'" (which you have given...change current and write wht u want)
