How to change the colour of part of a picture?

    Can someone tell me how to change the colour of part of a picture ?
    Which tool can I use ?
    Is there any online software tool to do this ?

    There are some good free online image editors. I highly recommend picmonkey.com and pixlr.com

    Yeah, and also an expensive one. Whenever someone mentions photoshop, I wonder if these guys actually bought a license...

    GIMP is a good photo editing tool. Powerful and free.

    Depending on what you're trying to do, you could duplicate the picture as a second layer.

    Then, make a selection on that second layer and edit its properties.

    However, without knowing the specifics of what you're trying to do or what software you have access to, it's hard to give
    detailed advice.

    Someone above mentioned GIMP. I second that tool, as it has a lot of the same features of higher-priced tools, but for free.

    As far as tutorials go, I'd recommend lynda.com.

    If you don't want to spend money for a software, GIMP is a good alternative to Photoshop. Another free, open-source software that will allow you to do a simple photo edit is Photoscape. Simply go to their site and avail of the free download.
