How to change the arrow color of select list ?

    Hi every body ,

    Please I need help with this issue ..

    I want to know how to change the default blue color of the arrow on select/jump menu ..

    With dream weaver i can change all FORM inputs ( text area , text field etc ) except this select list/menu or the jump menu . I can change the back ground color style with no problem , but I fed up with the blue arrow .. please help :(
