How to Change Regional Current Short Date format in VB.NET Windows Applications?

    Hi All,
    How i can change Regional current ShortDate format in my desired date format like from MM/dd/yyyy' to 'dd/MM/yyyy' for windows desktop application in VB.NET at runtime?
