I had created Google local business ad which was working fine. Now google local ads changed to google plus pages. For some reason i want to change my old phone number but not able to change it. I got a lock icon which shows that the phone number and business name can not be changed. Kindly help me if you have any kind of solutions
Have you tried going to your mobile provider's store and ask whats up? i think the only way to change your phone number is by asking your providers services. they can change it anytime.
