How to change my blogger.com blog icon?!

look at this
you see the icon (in the toolbar) is not the same as all other blogger.com Blogs

plz let me know how i can do the same
i appreciate it

you see the stumble ,digg,... buttons on the footer section of all posts

That little picture you see is a favicon, short for "favorite icon"
