How to change members page link?

In members page link most forums will show like:-

http://yourdomain.com/members/username.html

Code (markup):

however, in contact info, it'll be like:-

Instant Messaging:- Email Field
This Page:-

http://yourdomain.com/members.php?u=1(the user ID number)

but on my contact info>this page, it shows as:-

http://yourdomain.com/members/username.html

Code (markup):

So how to get it show on this page as the user ID number?

You are using vBSEO, so your URLs are rewritten. The current setup is much better and more SEO friendly than the default vBulletin URL.

You can change your member page rewrite settings in vBSEO to include the user ID if you want.
