How to change Google plus profile URL?

Can you please tell me how to get vanity URLs with Google Plus like we have in Facebook?

 

Since I can't use links yet, go to mashable and search for Google + Vanity URL

 

I think it is not possible. Let me try and tell you weather it can be changed are not

 

It's not possible on Google+ but you can certainly go to this site and create your short URL. I'm only sharing the link here so that you all don't have to search (not spamming lolz)

can we really do that here in Google + as we people do that in the facebook?
I don't think so that we can do that in g+. because i could not find the related option there..!

 

I think it still under developing process.. they have much more to work.. hope soon they will add that features and pages for personal and business...

We cannot able to customize URLs in google plus. I think that applications will be under construction

 

There is no any option available yet to change that url to vanity url. hope this option will be available soon..!

 

If we can do the same with Google+ like in Facebook then I would definitel check it out.
