How to Change Blogger to WP

How do I convert my blogger blog to WP and will doing so harm my blogs position on google?

 

Import the data. If you redirect traffic to your new location, you shouldn't have any problems.

 

How can I redirect traffic automatically?

 

1.Change in your Blogger configuration to a custom domain name, that custom domain name should be your new
blog's domain. That will redirect your old blogspot articles to the new wordpress ones.

2.Import the data on Wordpress from Blogger.

3. Go to your permalink options in Wordpress and use "Custom, specify here" and input the following:

4. Download, install and run the "Mantain Blogger Permalinks" plugin, that will make the permalinks the same so you don't loose search engine ranking.

And you are done.
