    Not familar with Weebly. I take it this is a website builder? if so, I take it you probably don't have access to the site files, e.g. style.css? and if this is the case, you have access to any of the site's coding, i.e. html? wysiwyg website editor?

    Go to the Account setting and then you can change the color according to your idea.
