How to change an account from starter edition to standard edition?

    The Adwords help seems a bit outdated. There doesn't appear to be a link on the 'My Ad Campaign' page to graduate the account from a starter account to a standard account. Any help much appreciated :)

    There should be a link at the footer, which says "Graduate to Standard Edition". Just click that link.

    Note that Once you graduate to the increased features of Standard Edition, you can't switch back to the Starter Edition.

    Hey, there isn't a link in the footer. Just have 'make campaign summary my starting page' then a standard footer. Any other ideas?
