How to change address (different country) in adsense account?

    Hi,
    I have earned more than $100 (my first google earnings) in my adsense account, but I have stopped the payment because my existing address has been changed and when I login to my adsense account and tried to change the address I was not able to change my country. Guys, could you please help me how can I change my address and inform google to release my cheque at this new address.
