How to change a long link like "http://microsoft-bill.blogspot.com/" to a word LINK

Hello guys please can anyone tell that how can we change a long link like http://microsoft-bill.blogspot.com/ into just a word link.

I think what you are talking about is turning a word into a hyperlink. What you do is highlight the word that you want to hyperlink ( or if necessary type the word first) then click on the button that looks like a globe with a link, and then type in the link that you want the word to direct to. Once you do that you can click "ok" and your done!
