How to change 1 url link in my Recent Activity in the FB Social Plugin?

    I wanted to change the url of a link in my in the FB Social Plugin to something else, as shown in the screenshot below.

    I logged into FB but I can’t find this part of Recent Activity where I can change it.

    I went to the http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/activity/
    but it didn’t help.

    Can anyone enlighten me on this?
