How to catch readers?

Please help? I'm a beginner blogger.
How can I catch lots of readers?
What are the hot topics that people are into?

first make interesting articles.once you have 20-30 topic start focus on advertising.try digg,stumbleupon and etc.

traffic dont come in just 1 click it needs timepatience is a virtue

 

just write quality content that will catch the attention of readers. poor content = no readers.

write anything where your interest is.

You can start off by posting in other blogs and you can join traffic exchange sites targeted to bloggers like the one in my signature. Basically, you need to be a reader first before catching readers If people like the content, they'll come back for more

 

It might also be a good idea to create a few pillar posts. These are articles that would be of great use to your visitors and anyone else that comes to your site. They contain alot of useful information and tips for ur readers. They work better if they are liked by alot of ur visitors and are stumbled or dug.

 

I find commenting on others blogs leads to them coming back to read yours. Also if you reply to anyone who comments on yours. It's great to get readers in this way.
