Just wonder is there anyway to capture the feedback from a customer? I am referring to the online store when customer has received the good and how can I get the feedback from them? Any idea? Please help. Thanks
Unfortunately most happy consumers do not respond to any inquiries about giving them feedback unless it was a long drawn out process to receive whatever it was that they ordered. For example, a web design company would probably have a better chance at receiving feedback than say Walmart. Unfortunately when there is no relationship being built then you are far less likely to see any responses. I always believe that the "proof is in the pudding". If you make a successful sale and you don't hear anything back from them. They are probably happy!
