Hi All, One of my buyer raised a non-receipt dispute against me. He was unable to get the product due to some technical issue on my website. Now I have delivered the product and buyer is happy and he wants to cancel the dispute, but he don't know how to do that because he is new to Paypal. Can someone post any screen shots or step by step procedure to cancel the dispute? Please give detail steps and position of link Thanks!
After login , under My Account "Resolution Center" option is there. Just scroll the mouse over it. And click on "open cases". Buyer has to mark this complete and close the dispute.
