You stated your ctr in another post and it was very high (I won't repeat it here since giving out ctr is another TOS violation). It's likely that Google would have taken note of that. Also Google is very good at determining fraudulent clicks, especially as many as you've done. If I were in your situation, I would assume that the ban is a "done deal" and will come at the $100 payout point. I don't think you have anything to lose by contacting G now. If they reward you for confessing and offering to close your account (without payment) and letting you open a new account, that's good. If not, well, at least you won't waste anymore time with AS and can move on to another way of monetizing your site.

No one has a crystal ball. In my opinion (and it's ONLY an opinion) you will get a permanent ban from Adsense no matter what you do.

The honest thing to do is confess to Google and offer to give the money back. Maybe they will take your new-found sense of honesty into account ... maybe they won't. But at least you'll know you did the honorable thing and can move on.

The fact is webmasters tend to underestimate Google when it comes to tracking invalid clicks. You forget the number of applications which you may run and the number of sites G runs that you visit .

Telling the truth would be the best option, because you are sure to be banned sooner or later if you keep on going.

Honesty pays , more so in Google's case. If you aren't taken back in, try out the many alternatives that exist.
Another thing is that boards like thuis one are often visited by Google reps, so they will know abt your case

You shouldnt contact google and tell them you clicked your ads for 20 -25 dollars they are not like your daddy this is business, if you do something wrong you are fired it doesnt matter if you tell them.

It's no use to change your IP, Google can still track who are you, by some browser details like cookies.
In this case, you will surely get banned, it's just the matter of time.
So I guess you should just try to admit it, and ask if you can start all over again, by resetting your balance like others said.

    Good luck.

So let me get this straight. This guy clicks on his own ads over the course of a few days, and has apparently thought about it often enough and planned it out enough that he's sure he won't get caught. Now he's no longer sure, and wants to "start all over". Riiiiiiiiight. And you won't cheat again, right? Give me a break. You should get banned and sentenced to the salt mines for being the miserable thief you are.

You got all kind of advices here. If Google will ban you, they will ban you regardless to if you tell them or not.
The logical thing would be to continue like something has never happened and hope for the best.

Then you might as well give up any hope of getting back into adsense:) Honesty is always the best policy. Bit cliched, but always true

Honesty is always best I agree, but he has already been honest and sort of told them about it, atleast he gave them the chance to clean up.
Then the next step is to go on.

Don't forget that some business somewhere has paid for those clicks.

ditto. google is already flooded with publishers who degrade their network.

$25 is a lot of clicks especially coming from somebody in india. indian traffic pays out nothing so he's clicked over 1000 times. once a thief, always a thief.

freewebspace, you will get banned so i wouldn't even run their ads anymore. i suggest you go join another network that's at the same level as you.
