How to cancel account and get money back?

    How to cancel account and get money back?
    You know how Yahoo alway makes you pay 3 days in advance? What if I don't want to pay 3 days advance and use up all my money before canceling account?

    If its not possible then when you cancel your account, do they pay you back the deposits amount of money?

    email them, and they will send you an email with a phone number. you need to call them up to confirm the cancellation.

    Just contact the Customer Support team (link located at the top right corner) Did you already used that account or is that an unused account? IF you dont want to continue with the account then you need t delete the campaigns so that you wont be charged again......

    Thank you for this thread argothiusz. I was wondering why it's not possible to cancel online with YSM. I found out how to add more payment methods, but there also does not seem to be a way to edit your credit card number (or delete it altogether).

    last time i paid using paypal, I just request for refund from paypal and yahoo refunded my money within 24 hours no question asked.
