How To Cancel 2co Recurring Payment For My Client

I bought a web hosting company from someone and there are some existing clients that have set recurring payment through their 2CO accounts.

Some of them are currently being billed every month but the money doesn't come to me because I have not setup a new 2CO payment gateway. I only have PayPal

I thought of contacting 2CO to assist in this matter but I don't know if i can because I am to their customer yet. I don't think the previous owner is going to be helpful anymore, but the 2CO account and PayPal account was setup using the company's email address

1.Is there a way for the client to cancel the recurring charges from their side ?
2.can I claim the ownership of those payment gateway accounts using the email address ?
    3. Is there anyway for me to identify all the clients that setup recurring payment via WHMCS ?

Please help because all I can do now is mark those invoices as "paid" for customers that showed me proof of recurring charges or tick a "do not suspend until" for customers that have not showed me any proof yet. This is just the monthly customers, I have quarterly , semi-annually, annual, binneal customers to worry soon

    Hi there -

    1. The client is able to cancel their own recurring billings
    2. to claim ownership of the old owner's 2Checkout account - we prefer the old owner to be involved. There may be a way if you can provide proof of sale.
    3. I am unsure of this - I can connect you with someone who would be able to answer this.

Are you planning on creating a new account with us? Taking over the old owner's 2Checkout account?? I need more details from you like what the name of the company is and where you are located in order to help you further.

Will you please email me at with this information? I will do my best to resolve this for you.
