how to can create static content for my blog home page?

    I want to add some static content in my blog home page, After that static content my blog post has to display..
    how can i add the static content along with an slider to blogger.com

    You can enable the widget(gadget) feature above the blog post section, then you will be able to add any type of Widget (including the slide) in there, the same way as doing at the right-side widget area. Some people use that to display greeting messages on home page.
