There is a plug in for firefox too that adds a page rank and alexa rating. Can't find it just now but a google search may help :)

no one is correct so better be off from figuring what will be your future PR rather keep building the backlinks.

Only big Google knows how to calculate pr (as they have patent for Pagerank system), so you can not figure what would be your pr.

There's really no way to predict the future PR of a site. Google is the only one who can do that. I only rely on Google toolbar to know the pagerank of my sites. As compared to other online tools, the PR toolbar gives real-time info.

Look this formula if you want to get PR2 your site needs to have:
    -101 linking pages with PR1
    - or 18 linking pages with PR2
    - or 3 linking pages with PR3
    - or 1 linking page with PR4 and up

You might look at this article. http://www.submiteaze.com/seo-guides/day4-google-pagerank.jsp It is from the creator of submit ease. Don't know if any of these charts are trustworthy though as discussed before. I do know though that Google will not count backlinks as quickly as the other engines so your PR in Google will be held back. I have read that Google will not PR before 6 months but I personally know that is false because I have a site that is PR1 at 4 months of age. There is a lot of info with varying opinions but your best bet is to not worry about what it takes to get a certain PR just build high PR backlinks and make them relevant. Quality over Quantity is always the best policy in building links to build PR.
