How to calculate Email Sponsor

    We will be sending out our first newsletter in about two weeks, We have sponsor company who wants to promote their company in newsletter and looking for quote from us.

    Can anyone tell how you calculate email newsletter sponsor cost.

    Well, how many people are you sending the newsletter out to, how much of the attention is going to be on the ad (for instance, is it going to be right at the top in viewers faces or discretely at the bottom)??

    Their is 25000 members on forum and sponsor ads will be highlighted and it may be in top or bottom

    Normal rate is $10/10k user.
    So you can charge your client around that price
