How to bypass DCMA copyright and host a download music site?

i have a blog where you can download music discs. my blog was cancelled by godaddy because a complaint from dcma. i had to delete all the links on my blog of rapidshare, megaupload, etc.
its there anyway to run a music download site without having issues ? maybe making a website in another host with the discs, and then linking to it?

im not looking for moral answers, if i was looking for that, i would go to the church. im here to make bussiness, so please just sociopathic, smart or realistic answers.

 

You can't host your site anywhere in the US or another country that has laws about contributory infringement. Another website won't work as just linking is infringement. As you probably know, even if you find an offshore host that will allow your content and links, it doesn't prevent you from being sued. A DMCA will also be valid with any of the major search engines, so your site will be subject to being removed from their index no matter where you host. One a company has found a site and filed a DMCA, they will usually watch that domain and additional problems can be expected.

 

juts don't host on any host in states, move the host go .NL. ES, . fr or Ukraine. DMCA is American ACT and stops there borders. look at the TOS of the hosting carefully as you would still be watched but the hosts mentioned above 'pardon my French' don't give flying F to DMCA . they will have to move the hosting counties courts which is not worth time and money involved for a blog .no morals attached

Create a site for people who want exposure to upload their music - that way you dont have to worry about copyright issues. If they own the music, they can upload it.

Your not going to get the same amount of traffic as from hosting popular music, but it will be legal, and you will be providing a service.

You can't do it in any areas which have such copyright laws. Some areas in Asia don't have such laws, so you could host it there.

 

You could host in countries with no one to enforce it, but you'd be better off doing a legal site instead of trying to steal from others for profit .

Anyway.. i host my site which currently has 780 links (rapidshare) to "illegal" content! Ive never had any problems with my host, who is Eastern European... i love them guys!

I Think OVH dedicated servers would allow this but you can only buy from them if you are from certain european countries..

Host your site in Costa Rica, you will be safe

 

Host the site on an offshore service and domain, and ensure your traffic strategy to promote the site is based on links, not the search engines.

 

you should be fine if you host with vps9.us my friends host, he was kown as offshore guy, he was VERY popular here on digitalpoint, but his host shut down, now hes vps9, they ignore ALL DMCA complaint if your hosted in netherlands i think, but dont try in france, speak to their online support, and say can i speak to ryan, and say haynes11 , and say my email: , reffered me, and he will tell you all you need to know

 

You are not being realistic with your question. I could give a crap about your morals and what church you go to, but what you are asking is "How do I steal from people and not get caught?"

That has nothing to do with "making a business". You are kidding yourself. No one is going to tell you how to break the law if you aren't smart enough to figure it our for yourself.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to commit crimes. If you have to ask a question like that in order to go into criminal activity, then you are destined for failure and possibly jail.
Why don't you learn the law before you look to a forum on how to break it.
We could tell you anything just to get you caught and you wouldn't know the difference because you have no idea what you are doing.

Because you said so? If there wasn't anything wrong with it, there wouldn't be laws against it and people wouldn't have to hide in rogue countries to do it.
Just the fact the the OP is on an American owned and hosted forum, and he lives in Mexico ( both countries who have laws against what he is asking) and is asking how to steal and break the law makes this thread ridiculous in the first place.

If this were a forum hosted in the Netherlands or Costa Rica it would be different, but you don't come on a public forum and ask about participating in criminal activity. It makes everyone who answers and tells him how to do it an accessory, legally. Why don't you just walk up to me on the street and ask where to buy some Pot?

For all we know the guy is a narc trying to draw out copyright infringers. Your identity is not protected just because you use a screen name.
