How to buy Traffic for a Website?

    Hi, I have a question but I dont know where to post it. I think here is the best place.
    If I have a website and How can I buy traffic from other sites and how to get the traffic? Is traffic something like Rank by www.alexa.com?

    you already have the answer since i see you have Adword vouchers and Adword is the best way to get traffic to your site...

    I'd go with adwords. They are the best source of quality traffic aside from organic traffic from search engines.

    But i dont want to use adwords vouchers :D I have never used vouchers before :(
