How to buy services recommended on these forums?

I found these great forums with great marketing folks offering so much help and services. I have money to spend, want to help the folks here, but can't create a post about what I need. And when I reply to another post then I get an infraction for hijacking.
So what now? This seems to go against your own goals of promoting of IM and services offered here.
I am a professional and don't have time to cultivate my rankings, reputation, itrades, etc. And actually I did try to respond on the forums with a joke, then got couple red negative points and made things worse.
    And now what?

I suspect I am not the only person who wants to help, spend cash, buy something - without the hassle of hanging around here and figuring out how to be a professional contributor without becoming an IM myself and no longer needing help.
Some of the requirements here seem unprofessional and requiring me to act like a kid figuing out how to post crap that won't get canned, just to make myself look better and build "reputation". Come on.

I'd even pay a few bucks to register on such forums as a show of good faith and get down to business.

    Any useful tips for me?

And I do love the DP forums and appreciate everyone's involvement.
    Thanks

Have you actually read the rules?

You need 25 posts, to have being signed up to DP for more than 7/14 days (not sure which one it is) to be able to post in the B/S/T section.

No one is an exception to the rule. You must be a member for 14 days and have 25 posts to post any offers. You may respond to offers where people are offering what you want (via PM - do NOT respond to say you're interested, to ask them to PM you, etc.). You also may NOT make a post in another thread to make your own offer - that's hijacking.
