Does someone here know how can I buy Google Stock if I don't live in the US? Anyone from outside US here bought it? Are there companies or consultants who offer this type of services for non-US people buying stocks of US companies ? Thanks
Find an online stock broker. Like etrade, etc. Then work with them if they will accept your country and your money. As Iowa said here.
I would check with the major exchanges in your country and see if they list Google through a depositary receipt. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Depositary_Receipt don't forget about exchange rate risk...
justinwp, the link you mentioned refers to ADR and from the definition, so I guess that has to do with when a foreign company wants to list their shares in US stock exchanges. Thanks anyway
does anyone here own any google stock? would like to do some of this myself. Im from the UK, onedollar, let me know how you get on
This might sound stupid and very newbie like (never dealt stocks on my life) but is there a way i can pick up stocks online by paying with paypal and when selling them retrieve the money on my paypal account?
Do you have a credit card ? Talk to some broking angencies.Anyway buying Google's share is not the smartest move since I don't think so that they are going up too much too soon...try to buy cheap stocks who are looking to do better.
