    Hi,

As the title states, how can I buy a domain name from someone without getting ripped off?

I wan't to directly buy a domain name from someone, but how can I make sure that he/she doesn't take the money and run?

    Any tips or suggestions?

    Thanks!

Find a trustworthy user, do research on them if possible and ask if they can send the domain over first if you are worried they might play games. Always give the seller a day or two to respond, sometimes people are just busy and not trying to rip you off by ignoring you after payment. I have some aged domains, anything in particular you looking for? There are alot available in the B/S/T section, wait for your access to there!
    :)
