How to buy a domain from someone who you can't get in contact with?

I want to buy a domain from someone registered with domainsbyproxy but I can't get in contact with them, how would I go about this.

I've tried using their contact form on the site, emailing theirdomain@domainsbyproxy and contacting domainsbyproxy directly to find out if the owner has selected to have any emails forwarded on or not (which they wouldn't tell me).

The site hasn't been updated in forever and I'm willing to pay 4 figures for it.

We've tried domain brokers and lawyers, but none of them could get in touch.

I'm considering some underhand tactics, but before I do does anybody have an idea how to get in contact with them?

Well, rather than tell you the domain so you go and get it then sell it to me for 4 figures.

It's Casino***.com, where ***= another word.

You have any of those?

Also I reckon I'd be better putting this in the Domains forum, rather than here. Didn't see it before and I knew it was there!

 

I'm managing something like this.
PM me the complete name, if you want, and I'll let you know if they match (I don't think so, but everything can happen...).
Anyway, you can trust that if they don't, I'm not interested in trying to buy it and then resell it to you, at all, lol
