Actually, its a possible workout routine. It would require alot of muscular endurance and stamina though. And as far as supplements go....When it really comes down to it, it all depends on your diet and how hard you train to get the body you desire.
that is an absolutely vicious toning workout. i think i might give it a shot tonight. the hardest part will be those last 25 pull ups. they're hard enough when you're fresh, after 275 reps of other things itll be just brutal
