I would like to recommend you to find some good related blogs to comment on with a backlink on it. Do not try to spam there, because a good blog will never approve spam comments. Try to be in the topic, leave a thoughtful comment. Do not bother about dofollow or nofollow. Just try to build backlinks in good blogs. You will see a huge difference.

You have to keep building links to sustain the rankings when you are on top spots, try to build back links through article submission and do-follow high pr blog commenting, at this point these two will help you a lot to get back on top 1st spot.
