    I own youtube search based site that got milions of pages , but google will index just 200,000 +- , how should i build dynamic sitemap for that kind of search engine site?

    What type of website are you running? If you don't have any dynamic CMS powering things you'll have to create a sitemap.xml file yourself.. I think Google Webmasters can also do this for you? I'm not entirely sure though

    That is a great number of pages, ask the guys at Google. they have a pretty decent routine there.
