How to build quality backlinks? subpage NA-pagerank

    Hello my straight forward question is this :

    How to build a quality backlink , in a page with too many links say 100s of different site links i can see, can i add my site link to it, will it be considered as LINK FARM or a bad neighborhood in google's eye? i saw pages with links with page rank NA for sub posts but main page rank is 4

    example:www.xyz.com page ranks 4 whereas www.xyz.com/post029 ranks NA and with 100s of backlinks built by other webmasters can i add my site to it ?

    IS IT GOOD TO POST IN A PAGE RANK 4 WEBSITE'S SUB PAGE WITH PAGE RANK - NA WITH TOO MANY OTHER 100'S OF WEBMASTER'S WEBSITES, CAN I ADD MY SITE TO THAT SUBPAGE WITH NA-PAGE RANK WITH TOO MANY OTHER SITE LINKS,

    SUGGESIONS?

    You just check Google cache. Within 1 month is good.

    There are lots of ways to build good backlinks.

    1) Directory submission in relevant category.
    2) Article Submission
    3) Signature links from your niche forums.
    4) Social Bookmarking and web2.0 sites like hubpages and squidoo.
    5) Blog posting and post comments on relevant blogs.
    You can search about link building tactics on google to find more detailed articles that will help you to learn more about it.
    Coming to posting in page rank 4
    4 is about average for an established site, but depending on how old the site is, could indicate a bright future with rising PR, or a site that has hit the wall. So keep the relevant content coming, and try to get some other sites with high rank link to you.

    If you want quality backlinks...You have to do Article Submission, Press Release, forums posting and 2 way or 3 way link exchange but you have to check the page rank and Google cache of that website which provide you backlinks...Best of luck..

    As far as I know, now you must not concern about the PR because it is kind of end of PR, because there are thousands of more algorithmic things have been came to the knowledge of SEO experts. One thing that you should worry about is the traffic and traffic can be build by social book marking sites, by reviews and plenty of other ways.
