HOW TO BUILD MOBILE RESPONSIVE WordPress THEME?

    I am building new WordPress theme for my client. I just finished designing part for the desktop view. Before I start coding my design, I want to know how to make my theme responsive for any device. Let me know how you guys do it.

    Yeah You can make responsive after desktop view by adding some few HTML elements and css
