    Hey there would love to help you out, is this for a small business or particular niche or just for a blog ? Do you have Dreamweaver or a web design program to help you implement advanced features ? Do you have experience writing HTML or PHP ? If not it's ok just let me know what features you are looking for and I can help you go in the right direction with plugins and such.

    hi and thanks to help me in this, Well my site is about small business, I do not have any web design program, Yes! i do have little HTML experience.
    I am looking for eye catching website that would be a responsive website so that can easily viewable on mobile, web and other devices.

    What to do first?
