How to build backlinks for subdirectory?

    Hi friends.. will anyone tell me how to build backlins for subdirectory ( http://www.100percentile.com/iitjee ) my sites home page has 374 links in yahoo but my subdirectory page has only 74 baclinks... pls tell me how to build backlinks for my subdirectory page?
