    guest blogging is also very powerful. be sure to know a little about how to design the links in guest posts the best. I see a lot of wasted potential down there...

    The only one link building technique which is still working today is Relevant Guest Post Links.

    Factors to be consider for Guest Post Links are:

    1) Check Alexa Rank
    2) Not too many links on Home Page ( text Links, Blog roll links, etc....).
    3) Website Design
    4) Check Content quality from Previous Posts.
