    Well, get registered on some webmaster forums like this forum such as Webcosmoforums, Webicy, WDP Forum and add your websites link on signatures. And then start participating on forum discussions. you will get one backlinks for one comment.

    Youtube is great to learn from, but also great for back-linking! Get a Youtube channel going and get some videos up! put your link in the description box of your Youtube video, but make sure its the first line so its easy for them to see!
