    Build a team is not very difficult but very easy to person who is fond of talking to other persons. Just try to make a team in social networking sites and you can exchange information in forum posting sites.

    odesk.com is by far the best. we've started there about a year ago and have by now built up a team of 14 contractors in all areas - writers, linkbuilders, graphic artists, voice actors, even a system administrator. their hour-based surveillance system rocks and the hourly rates for Southeast Asia are quite low and they (sometimes, not always) do good work.
