When we promote out product with JV partner's, do we need to create a separate autoresponder list for each JV that promotes for us? For ex. if JV partner John promotes our product to his list of 20,000 people and most of them just opt-in to the special offer on the landing pg. Now, they are on my autoresponder list. However, it would seem that unless I have their 2nd tier or their custom affiliate link in my autoresponder messages that they won't get credit for the sales. Let me know your suggestions and feedback on the best system thanks.
Are you asking about affiliate tracking, or list sharing? For affiliate tracking, there are many solutions; you don't need to create separate lists for each (although doing this is one possible way..) On the other hand, if you are doing a JV like a giveaway event, each person is better off having a separate list. Regards
I am just looking at a solution that allows each of the separate 10-20 JV partner's to be paid a commission for promoting the affiliate product separately along with me getting a 2nd tier commission also. Here is what I am trying to do. 1. Have 10-25 joint venture partners promoting a 2nd tier affiliate program to their list. 2. For me to create a landing pg to capture the interested visit on my list 3. To create an autoresponder series to follow-up with the prospect 4. To have the JV partner and myself to get a commission based on the structure of the 2nd tier program when the visitor purchases. So basically I want to promote a 2nd tier affiliate product and build my own list in the process so that the people one the JV's list can subscribe for a free offer on my landing pg. Then I want it setup so that myself and each JV get's paid accordingly. I think there is another way to creating 10+ autoresponder lists for the different JV's in order for them to get paid.
