How To Build A Free Poll Site

    I wanted to build a free poll site where others can create poll and hosted on the site. As a free service, website that use the free poll service must provide a link back. Is there any turnkey website that have similar feature?
     
    If someone posts a solution, use the "Best Answer" link in their post to pick it as the best answer.
