Visit http://www.forum-software.org/ and try the demo and select the forum software you want. Register for domain name and hosting and install the forum software in your hosting account. Post some threads in your forum and do some SEO.

One step at a time my friend. First decide what niche you wanna have the forum on, then have the forum. Then come back to chat on marketing.
-how much money that we need to build new forum? (first step,,,) Depends on many things. If you get vBulletin it'll cost ya $200(ish) just for the forum, then there is the matter of hosting. I do suggest you start with a PAID host, or at the very least a free one that will allow you to get your database if you want it (some wont, which sucks). You can get base hosting for as little as $5 a month! -how to make a forum?,,, Many hosts that offer cPanel will have Fantastico installed that often has a free forum version on it (phpbb or others)... just follow the instructions from there, or download from one of the many places that offer forum packages. Personally I think that vB has been worth it...but am unsure of their new set up, so your mileage may vary. -Can i have a forum like this?
