I would like to know how to broadcast live tv online ?
I have a tv tuner card and would like to know how to broadcast
live tv online to sites like ustream.
How to some sites stream live sports matches ?

You could find a host server that supports live streaming, use that host server to receive video data from your DR and send video data to your website, on your website, you need to make a special flash video player to capture live stream data from your web server.
One thing I know is that a tool called Moyea web player (http://www.playerdiy.com/ ) can be such a flash video player to play live streaming video on web page, it is free. It use an RTMP Stream plugin to do this - http://www.playerdiy.com/configuration/addons/rtmp.html

But, also, by streaming to the internet you need a good upload speed and a huge bill to pay to transfer data.

You also have to have a pretty good upload speed, even for mediocre quality.

 

I have 1.87 Mbps upload and 10 download

i broadcast around 1000 kbps total video/audio bitrate
