How to bring posters on forum..

Hello everyone!

I have an adult forum, and no one comes to post on it!!!! ...no posters, no visitors... no visitors, well...no money...

I have submitted it on several (actually a lot) of directories, search engines; i have an adult blog too and i "hanged" a banner right beside the header...and nothing...i have 4 members with me included, and the other 3 are friends of mine)

I have 200+posts and growing, all made by me...

So...the question is: HOW CAN I BRING PEOPLE TO POST THERE?!?!?!

Start posting attachments and make it so only logged in members can view. Hide them from guests.

 

Connect with people who love to visit adults sites.

 

You need to advertise and use addons which only let people download / view links if you are registered , SEO , and offer something that other places do not already offer

 

Advertise. Only reason people aren't visiting that kind of forum is because they don't know it is there. Sex remains a big draw for websites!

 

ya advertise it , you can also make more bot/crawler/spider to make you site in seo

 

Are you involved in social media? Are you promoting it on Twitter?
I know there's a hashtag called #twitterafterdark that would probably work to your advantage in terms of advertising.
Also - do you have a lot of content? Reasons for people to post? You need to bring something to your community that other porn forums don't have.

I would expect that porn and forums are not a good idea. Forums tend to have a community aspect; it's difficult to open up to a community when the subject matter is what type of porn you're into.

Hi,, you should start posting your stuff in other similar websites including a shortcut to your website.

 

Try to start posting competition or some insentives for member that posts. and when they actually start posting then followup with them . i guss it is the best way for any forum

 

Write articles suitable to your forum topic - try to get them linked on blogs.
Start a podcast about your forum topic - submit it to iTunes.

 

when i was having a forum i tried this go to forums similiar to you find some users who are non admins of that forum and pm them like this
"hi i've liked your contribution here, would you like to join my forum as a moderator, staff then your link"
i am not saying you got all positive replies but by using this i got a user who made around 700 posts on my forum

Marketing is big. If no one knows about it then how will anyone ever register and start conversation?

Biggest is give it time! Nothing good comes easily. Give your community time to develop. People will come if you produce quality, market well, and give it time.

 

I think your forum has no unique or interesting content, maybe have but people don't know. So what u have to do is get people's attention by doing some SEO. You have to give somethings that people are searching for.

 

You can either pay some people to post on your forum or get an automatic forum posting software to make your site look active and hopefully real members will join and participate.
