    If you want to bring your keywords from the second page to the first page then generate some high backlinks on that particular keyword. For example, you can do web 2.0, guest blogging, Infograp or Social Bookmark. These will help you a lot to rank.

    Meaning to say you were ranking on first page before? Are you outranked or there were changes made on your site? You need to analyze first what happened why did your site went down on the second page, in that way you'll be able to identify what you need to do to get back to the first page.

    If you want to promote your keywords from 2nd page to 1st page then it is a little bit difficult task but not impossible. so i will suggest make a combination of that keywords and promote them rather than direct keywords. Now a days search engine not considering exact keyword link so target it in a different manner.
    Do this activity for a time period with quality content sure your keyword will rank on 1st page.
