Hi, I'm new to this forum so - hello first ! I'm a long time programmer. I've been doing freelance work for the last three years, and I'm now playing around with affiliation to increase the portion of my "passive income" (well - not so passive to get started with). My question is: how do you tend to bootstrap your new creations ? Here are the ways I've been thinking about: - do a bit of SEO (at least not to make trivial mistakes) - register the sitemaps under the major search engines - do some carefully crafted PPC on specific (interesting, high-value) offers - get some valuable backlinks (from good websites on the same topic) => rather hard to do - start a blog aside to highlight the most interesting offers I'd be interested to hear on that topic from more experienced affiliates. cheers -- Thibaut
