I have a website. is there anymore sites like digg or any other method so that I can use them to boost viewers? it's a photo website running on wordpress ... also any suggestions is appreciated.
post your videos on social networks such as facebook...also post in on squidoo lenses...and make a video so unique people want to share it with others..also choose a keyword phrase that is actually used by people who search for information on the topic
you could use articles to market your blog by showcasing certain pictures on a site, and adding a link to your blog. Reddit, Digg, Stumbleupon, Shetoldme, Xomba, Redgage, Mixx and Buzz, as well as Twitter and occasionally Facebook works pretty well for me.
Well you could do lots of things to boost your traffic.You can do social bookmarking,blog comments,forum marketing,video marketing,article marketing and social network marketing.Now pick one and start doing it and when you feel you have done it to its full potential move to another tactic and so on.Hope that helps.
Establish a connection with your viewers. People are looking for a conversation.. You can see that even the horrible broadcasters get viewers.. It is because they've conversed and interacted with their viewers.. This obviously isn't gonna happen overnight. Some people have alot of viewers because of their tiny fame they have on the internet. You would have to build from the ground up. Advertising your show wont do anything, except maybe get you a few funny looks or possibly ruin your chances of having the general mass of people coming in frequently.. Interact with them.. they'll keep coming back. Also.. try not to make any enemies.. turn the assholes into your friends.
Thank you guys for the suggestions ... I've been using digg but it's pointless so far ... I get only 30 or 40 more viewers per link in digg. My goal is to get real viewers and then put some ads in my site to make some money
If all you are interested in is traffic, then open a twitter account and add as many targeted followers as you can via keywords. My latest post shows how to automate twitter if you are interested because it can be very time consuming. Then tweet links to your website to them. Next write articles and post them to your blog, if you have one, and after they are indexed by Google, submit them to article directories. you have already started well, one thing with traffic to your site is consistent and quality of content, post fresh unique and a fair share of using SEO and can I assure you will find your site become popular and if it is a blog, try to find some other blogs in your niche to comment
Bukissa, hub pages, ezine, and e how are all very useful, as are Squid and YouTube. On top of that, try guest posting for a bit and see what happens. Best of luck!
