The web site is only 7 months old. 3 months ago, I bought 40,000 footer links from 2 Wordpress MU personal multi user blog sites (all on subdomains, if you happen to know how WP MU works). Those pages are mostly with 0 PageRank and a few with 1 PR. I can see those links in my Google Webmaster tools account, and the number of links is adding because when people add new posts in their sub-blog in WP MU, I get more footer links when new pages are created. Starting 2 months ago, I am building links from other website's blog posts (using SEOLINKVINE, to be short, I give them articles with my links, if they like the articles, they post it on their blogs), and getting about 400 links so far. I got RageRank 1 after 2-3 months the website launch, and it stays at there for 4 months now. Is there any way to boost the PageRank quickly? Say to 3 or 4. I think quality back links are the only solution. I have a blog which under top 10 in Google for keyword more than thousands of search results but still can found pr in it. Because I don't have quality back links.

Hi........If you want to get the Google page rank quickly, you have to do 2 way or 3 way link exchange with link webmaster. You can do the Article submission, Press release and blog comments. Keep it up.
I must say that back is link is only solution for your website as useful link you will submit that much you will get PR and it hard to say that how fast and slow you will get PR here no one can tell exact amount and time for this....
Seriously guys, based from my experience, you don't need to buy link posts for your website to gain PR immediately. PR doesn't work just like that. You have to check out your website content first if they're unique and the link structuring including the internal linkings of your pages. I work 2 months for my website's on-page optimization with minimal link building jobs yet I gain PR3 during the last PR update.

If you want to increase web site PR then you need to follow Google Page Rank Algorithm. According my view content is most important way to increase web site PR. Other thing you need make quality and thematic back links, article, directory, PR submission etc.
Sounds like you're making a lot of progress. You just need a few high PR sites linking to yours. It's like getting a third party recommendation from a VIP, as opposed to 100 recommendations from your peers. The one recommendation from the VIP carries a lot more weight with the search engines.
Directory submiter is a scam. The web site ask for your email and never points you to a download page. Each botton that says download only directs you to a nother advertisig page.
Go with more links from higher PR sites. Lots of PR 0 and 1 are ok but get some with some juice..say PR 4 and higher. Angela and Paul's packets are good for that.
