I have come to know about a classified website which block my IP, So i am not able to use it's services, I want to know how they people do that? It's classified for london websites, and i need to place a classified for my uk based business website. Different websites have different guidelines for submission. I think You might have done excessive submission in it thats the reason you are getting this kind of msg. Normally it tracks the IP Address. Your IP Address is banned for the submission. Try with another IP address or wait for 2-3 days, again u can start submitting
Hey Alex, I am first time visiting this website, Yes, that's right it's tracking IP and my IP belongs to India, because of Geographical region mismatch it does not allow me to enter in the website. Still i am asking how it is possible? If my IP has been blocked than most of the indian IP can be blocked by this website, Any one please try to open this website outside of United Kingdom, and India. And let me know what you see on the website? The same message i am getting or you can enter in the website?

Yes that is interesting point of Blocking IP Address. i will try to find scripts for How to block ip address , may be they are using one PHP Scripts or any software for Block to ip address. My seo person has submitted classified from UK and he has got success to submit classified in this site. Thanks john
i am prevented to talk about security but , there is many way to block an ip address or an ip address range depends on which platform you are using on linux you can do it thought some SSH Commands and on Windows Firewalls will do that as well you can try a google search also
