How to block programs like Teleport, Copier.. to download site

    I have a lot problems with users who using programs like this. They are making for my one site to much bandwidth. So I need to block users, but if I block IP after 1000 page views, that mean I block also search engine bots like google.

    I was found this: http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum13/687.htm but it does not work. Any one have solution how to fix it?

    mod_bandwidth may be able to help, are you on your own server or with shared hosting?
